After the deadline, a Late Application for Absentee Ballot must be completed in person at the Board of Elections.
Note: Registration forms must arrive at the Worcester County Board of Elections by the close of business on October 1, 2004. Postmarks are not valid - forms must be at the Board of Elections in order for your registration to be valid.
